WD시리즈 제습기는 제습제들의 혼합물로 충진 된 회전 드럼을 사용하며, 새로운 제습제의 혼합물은 -50℃의 노점까지 도달하는 것을 가능하게 합니다. 허니컴 휠 방식의 제습기는 전체 작업 공정에 걸쳐 일정한 노점을 유지하는 것으로 확인 되어 있습니다. WD시리즈 제습기는 적절한 공기 회로 및 기존 건조 시스템에 비해 30% 이상 에너지 소비를 줄여 열 손실을 최소화 하는 새로운 티플럭스 "공기 열교환기 "를  사용함으로써  많은 장점을 제공 합니다. WD제습기는 입력 된 노점 값에 따라 일정한 노점으로 운전을 하며 재료의 건조 과정 및 에너지 절감을 실현합니다. WD시리즈 제습기는 제습제를 교환하기 위한 주기적인 점검을 필요로 하지 않으며, 냉각수와 압축공기의 공급도 필요로 하지 않습니다. (단 140℃ 이하의 경우 이며 그 이상을 요구하는 경우에는 냉각수 열교환기를 필요로 합니다.)

허니콤 로터를 가지고 있는 휠 건조기 WD시리즈는 30-100 dm3 건조 호퍼를 직접적으로 장착할수 있도록 설계된 새로운 WD15-30 모델을 통해 매우 작고 효율적인 기계 장착 솔루션을 제공합니다. 이 모델은 에너지 절약 특징의 중요함을 생각하여 일정한 노점 성능의 휠 건조 기술의 이점을 가지고 있습니다. 4가지 호퍼 사이즈에 맞는3가지 모델이 있습니다.

The series of dehumidifiers WD is based on the use of a rotating drum impregnated with mixtures of molecular sieves. The new available mixes of desiccants allow to reach dew point levels below -50°C. The proven technology of the honeycomb wheel dehumidifiers assures to operate with dew point values constant throughout the whole working cycle. The WD series has the additional advantage, provided by proper air circuitry and the new Triflux air heat-exchanger, to recover large part of the heat by reducing the energy consumption of over than 30% compared to conventional drying systems. The Control of the WD dryers, once fixed the required dew point value, works at constant value thus allowing controlled processing of materials and saving on energy consumption. WD Series dehumidifiers do not require periodic maintenance to change molecular sieves and do not need either compressed air or water (for process air temperatures up to 140°C, over this the water heat exchanger is required).

The Wheel Dryer WD series with honeycomb rotor has its new models WD15-30 designed to be fitted directly on the drying hoppers ranging from 30 to 100dm3 to have very compact and efficient solution machine-mounted. The models take the advantage of the wheel dryer technology of constant dew point performances with important energy saving feature. There are in particular three models fitted on 4 hopper sizes.
